RBG Realty Mortgage Brokerage Group Inc. was started by Roslyn Goldmintz, Mortgage Broker AMP (Accredited Mortgage Professional) in 1998 after 11 years of working in private lending and brokering for two different well- respected firms. By being independent, RBG is free to shop around for borrowers. In September, 2006 RBG began to operate as VERICO RBG Mortgage Professionals, becoming a member of a national independent mortgage broker network. At that time Eleonora Van Orman joined the Company.  As Roslyn states, "There have been more changes in the mortgage industry in the past 3 years then the entire preceeding years I have been in the business. Now more than ever it is important for consumers to deal with an independent mortgage professional." Roslyn is committed to the industry and her clients. She is a past Director of the Independent Mortgage Brokers Association of Ontario and has been an instructor for the IMBA Agent Education Course. She is continually taking courses outlining new financing techniques utilized for both residential and commercial real estate to ensure up to date financing practices are being utilized.
